In these talks, The Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche provides teachings on the nature of mind, including methods for working with thoughts in meditation, resting in the present, and bringing meditation to our post-meditation world. He teaches methods for resting the mind (posture of body, posture of mind and posture of focal object) and for analyzing the mind. Rinpoche leads guided meditation sessions and teaches on correcting misunderstandings of mind, as well as six methods for bringing mahamudra practice into post-meditation. Taught in English The Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche is acknowledged as one of the foremost scholars of his generation in the Kagyu and Nyingma schools of Tibetan Buddhism. He is known for his sharp intellect, humor, and the lucidity of his teaching style. Fluent in the English language and well-versed in Western culture, Rinpoche is also an accomplished calligrapher, visual artists and poet.
